Odessa is centrally located in east-central Washington at the crosswords of Highway 28 and 21. It's 18 miles north of Interstate 90!

From Spokane—Only about an hour and twenty minute drive! Take I-90 West towards Seattle. Exit onto State Highway 21 northbound, Exit 206. Odessa is just 18 miles north!

From Seattle—Only about a three and a half hour drive! Take I-90 East towards Spokane. Exit onto State Highway 21 northbound, Exit 206. Odessa is just 18 miles north!

From Munich—Hop on a plane, land in Spokane, Washington (GEG). Take I-90 West towards Seattle. Exit onto State Highway 21 northbound, Exit 206. Odessa is just 18 miles north!

FOOD & BIER

Authentic German cuisine. A wide variety of locally made delicacies are offered. You'll find Bratwurst, Krautranza, Apple Strudel, Reubens, Cabbage Rolls, Kartoffel Klös, and Kuchen, amid many other tasty treats. Check out this year’s lineup and what you can find at each booth!

Cold German bier. You can sip on a wide selection provided by locally owned and operated, Rocky Coulee Brewing Company. Fireweed, Dunkle...they're all here!

Bier—Our locally made bier is on tap all weekend! Rocky Coulee Brewing Co. provides a wide selection of delicious German brews. We also provide some of your domestic go-to favorites on tap. For those who aren't into hops, personal-size wine bottles are available as well! View the beverage lineup HERE.

Food—All of our homemade German food is sure to keep the belly happy. You'll find locally made Bratwurst, by the Odessa Chamber and community members using a recipe handed down through the generations, accompanied by homemade sauerkraut and pickles. Don't forget to pick up a soft Bavarian pretzel to polish it all off. Bulk Sausage Sales available starting Friday.

Music—You'll be dancing, eating, or drinking to live music all day and night! Our local and ever-popular Oom Pas and Mas German band will have you Chicken Dancing before you know it. Other favorites keep you rockin' to rock classics throughout the evening. Check out the updated lineup at the Biergarten.

Rubber Chicken—Consider yourself royalty for the weekend if you catch a coveted Rubber Chicken during our famous Chicken Dance!

STREET FAIR

With thousands of visitors annually, our street fair is a great way to buy or sell. Shoppers will typically find clothes, toys, soaps, woodwork and so much more! It is put on by Odessa's local chapter of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). You may download an informational letter and application here.

BED RACES

Join us as we launch Deutschesfest with a little fun and games. Thursday evening at 6:00pm you will find the main stretch of Odessa closed down for our annual Kiddie Tricycle race, followed by Bed Races! 

FUN RUN

If you feel like burning off some brats or bier, then join us for the annual Fun Run. The 5K and 10K runs start on Saturday at 8:30AM at the public park.
